ANNA -- Arthur Ray Miller, age 62, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Medical Center of McKinney. 
Mr. Miller was born March 7, 1948 in Crystal City, Texas the son of Charles and Ima (Wilson) Miller. Arthur served his country proudly in the U. S. Navy. He worked for Texoma Fire Extinguisher for 32 years. He loved helping people, working and his home was always open to anybody who needed it. Arthur was a loving father, grandfather, son and brother. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Miller is survived by his loving family: son, Christopher Don Miller and wife, Konnie of Anna, Texas and Crystal Dawn Roberts of Colorado Springs, Colo.; four grandchildren, Brenna Roberts, Isaac Roberts, Kristen Miller and Christopher Caleb Miller; mother, Ima Footland of Denton, Texas; brother, Roy Miller of Austin, Texas; sisters, Judy Prestridge and husband, David of Austin and Sue Stephens of Arlington, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Miller. 
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Rev. Raymond England and Rev. Kenneth Price officiating. Interment will follow at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman. Family visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2010 at Fisher Funeral Home. 
Pallbearers were Michael Rice, Eddie Carpenter, Ronnie Conary Sr., Ronnie Conary Jr., John Miller and Armando Garcia. 
Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home in Denison.
