Denison - Cryptside service for Marie Bevan, 87, who died Tuesday evening in a local hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at West Hill Cemetery Mausoleum, with William Forrest officiating.  Johnson Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Bevan, a lifetime resident of Denison, was born Dec. 31, 1900, in Denison, daughter of Edward and Maggie Bevan.  She attended Denison schools and worked for Kingston's and Burtis Drug, retiring from Burtis in 1969.  Miss Bevan was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and was a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
A brother, Ed Bevan, and sister, Agnes Bevan Oliver preceded her in death.
Surviving is a niece, Peggy Bevan Vaughan of Denison.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
