SHERMAN - Julie Marie Weaver of Sherman, 46 year-old owner of Atnip Properties, passed away Wednesday morning, Dec. 23, 2009 at her home. 

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 2009 at North Park Baptist Church. Rev. Bernie Gallagher and Rev. Hubert Long, both of North Park Baptist Church, will officiate and the burial will follow at West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. 
Julie was born Jan. 17, 1963 in Wichita, Kan. to Gerald Snyder and Sue Chichester Snyder. She graduated from Northwest High School in Wichita, Kan. in May 1981 and moved to Sherman in 1983 where she started a career in real estate. She was owner of Julie Atnip Properties from 1983 until her passing. She married James Weaver on Dec. 12, 2009 in Sherman. 
Julie enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband and traveling. She loved her pet animals, especially her dogs Max and Molly. She had hosted foreign exchange students from various countries through Sherman High School the last few years. She loved God and very much loved serving her church, North Park Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher of 5th and 6th grades for more than 20 years. 
She is survived by her husband, James Weaver of Sherman; mother, Sue Snyder of Sherman; brothers, Brad Snyder of Wichita, Kan., and Gary Snyder of Shidler, Okla.; father and mother-in-law, Charles and Myra Adams of Sherman. She is also survived by a niece, Jennifer Harris and a great- nephew, Noah Harris, both of Bella Vista, Ark. She was preceded in death by her father, her sister, Diane Snyder, and grandparents, Harry and Elizabeth Chichester and Wayne and Eloise Snyder. 
Pallbearers will be Kelly Christensen, Chuck Edwards, Bert Haas, Chris Weaver, Bruce Skinner and Zach Webb. 
The family will receive friends from 3 -5 p.m. Sunday at Waldo Funeral Home. 
Julie will be missed by many relatives and friends. We will miss her greatly but envy her sitting at the feet of Jesus.
