MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Membership year is from October 1 to September 30
each calendar year.
Dues are payable by October 1, and are as follows:
Individual $30; Couple $45.00; Student $15.00; Business $100. A Member whose
dues remain unpaid after December 1st shall be dropped from the membership
rolls.
Any contributions, other than membership dues, are tax
deductible.
