• Volunteers will consult all records available.
• Requests should be limited to materials about people who are Not Living
• Requests should be specific in nature; general requests may be returned without action.

  Scanning of pictures (8x10s) to be mailed are $1.00 ea including postage, payable to BAHPS
• Telephone Requests: Please call (830) 249-3053.If a Volunteer is on duty, the query will be answered if possible, or a message can be left for another researcher.
  
• There is no Professional Genealogist available to do research at this time.
• The library reserves the right to discontinue or disregard requests from Professional Genealogists or Fee Researchers or other individuals who attempt to use our reference services for monetary gain or from patrons who request these services excessively.
