He was born in Harris County, Texas, on June 8, 1848, the son of Rebecca Jane (Thomas) and Samuel W. Allen.

 
 

 

 

 

 
 

DUPREE, ANNA JOHNSON

1891-1977

She was born on November 27, 1891, in Carthage, Texas, the oldest of Lee and Eliza Johnson's six children.  She died on February 19, 1977 at the Eliza Johnson Home. Her body was donated to medical research.

HOGG, WILLIAM CLIFFORD

He was born at Quitman, Texas, on January 31, 1875 the son of Sallie (Stinson) and James Stephen Hogg. He died on September 12, 1930, while vacationing in Europe with his sister, Miss Ima Hogg

 
 

JONES, JESSE HOLMAN

1874-1956

He was born in Robertson County, Tennessee, on April 5, 1874, to William Hasque and Laura Anna (Holman) Jones. He died on June 1, 1956 after a brief illness, and was buried in Forest Park Cemetery in Houston.
