| Recipes Rohlicky (Half Moon Cookies) 1 cup butter Combine ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Jan's note: Mom has always said that flour measures cannot be exact, but depend on the brand of flour, how old it is, the humidity, and other conditions that may affect the perfect balance desired. The first time I made Rohlicky, they were wonderfully delicious, but the dough was VERY light and sticky. I had to flour my hands heavily just to shape the cookies, and I should have known then to add more flour. They flattened when baked and lost their half-moon shape. Whatever theirshape, the taste is fabulous. |  |
