Obituary Notice dated November 1958:
Mrs. Camalee Webb, 93, widow of J.H. Webb, died Sunday, November 16 at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. J.O. Webb, Malone. Mrs. Webb, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. M.C. ( Micajah C.) Markum, was born in Woodberry, Tenn. (July 15, 1865). She had lived in Hill County since 1900 and most of that time in Malone. Preceding Mrs. Webb in death where her husband, J.H. Webb who died in April 1913, 3 sons, Claud in 1936, Ross in 1944 and Smith in 1953. Mrs. Webb was a member of the Malone Church of Christ. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. J.B. Stone of Ft. Worth; 7 children, Mrs. J.O. Webb of Malone, Mrs. Clark Priddy of Moody, Mrs. G.T. Norman of Oglesby, Mrs. R.A. Dempsey of Texarkana, Ark., Mrs. T.J. Norman of Dallas, J.N. Webb of Marshall, A.A. Webb of Lubbock; 27 grandchildren; 56 great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, November 17 at 3:00 p.m. in the Marshall Funeral Chapel. Mr. Willard Morrow, minister of Church of Christ in Ft. Worth and Mr. Melvin Vaughan, minister of Church of Christ in Longview officiated. Burial was in Brandon Cemetary.
