Henderson County, Texas.
Glyn lived in the Rome Community southwest of Athens. Glyn was the son of Perry Frank and Jessie Verne (Miller) Trammell. Glyn had seven brothers: Byron, Harold, P.J., Grady, Bruce, Joe, and Robert; one sister Peggy.
His last mission was on a B-25 Mitchell Bomber which left Nadzab, New Guinea, on a courier mission bound for Biak Island. It took off at 8:45 a.m. July 28, 1944. It was never seen nor heard from after take off. The plane and entire crew missing.
