Biography John K. Richardson

The subject of this sketch was born in Pickens county Ala., in
1835.  He came to Athens  with his father, Wm. Richardson, in 
December 1855.  His father had a large family and his sons and 
daughters are among the leading families fo Athens and 
Henderson county.  Jno. K. is a most affable and high-toned
gentleman.  He always greets his friends with a hearty grasp
and a pleasant smile.  He has a good farm. the old family
homestead.  he reside most of the time with his sister, 
Mrs. Dr. Johnson.
