    ROPESVILLE (Special) - Services for Tommie J. Littlefield, 90, of Levelland will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church in Ropesville with the Rev. Ted Dotts, pastor emeritus of St. John's United Methodist Church in Lubbock, officiating.

    Burial will be in Ropesville Cemetery under direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors.

    Littlefield died Friday, March 12, 1999, in Lynwood Manor.

    He was born May 9, 1908, in Meadow, Texas. He married Lucy Ethel (Martin) Littlefield on March 2, 1953, in Clovis, N.M. He moved to Levelland from Ropesville. He served on the Ropesville City-County Cemetery Committee and Volunteer Fire Department. He was a carpenter and a farmer and a member of First United Methodist Church.

    Survivors include his wife; a son (nephew), Jesse Leon Littlefield of Odessa; a daughter (niece), Francis Joan Littlefield Tindel of Levelland; two sisters, Verdie Harris of Lubbock and Docia May Bagwell of Weatherford; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

    The family suggests memorials to First United Methodist Church in Ropesville or to Meals on Wheels.

    The body will be at the church from 1 p.m. Monday until services.
