In an endeavor to expand the resources of the HOUSTON COUNTY HISTORICAL COMMISSION, we invite everyone with ancestry related to Houston County to submit a family history.  These do not have to be professional works of genealogy.  They can be small folder editions, essays, pictures or recollections that were passed down through the families.  Any other records of historical or genealogical significance would also be appreciated.  Other records might include newspaper clippings, old photo's, or journals, etc..
