Moore Community Cemetery All graves completely obscured by blow sand and mesquite trees. Located 5 miles north of Big Spring, off Hwy. 87.  To get to the cemetery go west 1 mile past the cotton gins.  

Mount Olive Cemetery

432-264-2385  The Masonic Lodge (1884) and the Independent Order of Oddfellows (1897) created the cemetery north of Big Spring. Located .2 of a mile off I-20 on the Snyder Highway, the cemetery covers 45 acres. Approx. 8850 people have been buried there (as of the last survey-1981).

Salem Cemetery

Located on N. Salem Road, 4 miles from the I-20 exit.  Samuel D. Buchanan gave two acres for the cemetery before 1910

State Hospital Cemetery (Confidential)

Located on the grounds of Big Spring State Hospital (established in 1938), there are approx. 256 graves and 25 unmarked graves, as of the last survey (1981)  

Trinity Memorial Park Cemetery

(432-267-8243) - Established in 1950, the cemetery is located 7 1/2 miles south of Big Spring on Highway 87, and covers 66 acres.  Approx. 3,000 graves as of the last survey (1981).  They now have approx. 7778 burials.

Located 2 miles south of Vealmoor on FM 1584. Mrs. Mae Zant donated four acres in 1930
