I recently purchased a small plot of land in Hudspeth County. The deed was recorded on 10.28.2004. I am trying to determine the exact location of this land. I am looking for some sort of a map or address. The land is in the Bonita Vista Subdivision. I believe it's tracking number is: 29181 A070-000-00H0-1410. I want to build a house on the plot ASAP and the first step is finding it. Thank you for your time. Reply to: al_e_kitten2000@yahoo.com

I am interested in contacting your government representatives regarding your county's PSWN (Public Safety Wireless Network). Our company provides services to counties in this vital need for emergency services. We can consult your county in how to contact the appropriate federal agency so that costs in modernizing/optimizing your PSWN will be funded without future intervention from the feds. I'm not sure if this is where I'd find the info. or not on my following questions: Someone is selling a 44.12 acre lot in hudspeth county. The details are vague; 1/2 mi. from NM border, 12 mi. N of Dell City, 60 mi. SW of Carlsbad, 2.5 mi. from Carlsbad Caverns Nat'l. Park. I was curious to know if there are any dumping sites in this vicinity, ancient burial grounds, etc... Also I was wondering what the area was zoned for. A swift response would be greatly appreciated. - Reply to: sallansa2005@yahoo.com

Hello, We wanted to contact your title company about increasing your title transactions through bringing you bulk REO buyers to purchase hundreds of homes at a time. We represent at least one buyer that would like to buy such REO bulk properties, and use your title company directly. As we were doing our research, we found that your title company has done REO transactions, and may know multiple REO property sellers. We maintain what the REO broker industry likes to refer to as “mandate” status with this buyer. This means that we have limited signature authority on behalf of this buyer, and that we represent this buyer directly and exclusively. It is our hope that you may be able to locate for us the proper department or contact at your office that handles REO transactions. If you do know this information, please respond to this e- mail, and we can talk further. If you respond to our e-mail, and have REO sellers with whom you have already closed transactions, you may contact this buyer’s escrow officer with North American Title to verify that we truly have funds to purchase product from your REO product sources. The advantage and benefit to your title company is as follows: If you bring the source of REO product to us, we will close the transaction with your title company through your branch location. Even though you may already have these product sources; we want to increase the number of transactions that your branch location closes with each and every REO product source with whom you have already transacted business.. Additionally, our buyer is willing to create long term relationships with title companies, such as yours, that do bring original sources for REO product. This means we can also allow your title company to proof this buyer’s funds directly for all subsequent transactions. Our buyer’s proof of funds is in escrow for $500 million, but smaller portfolios as small as $5 to $50 million on up, are fine as long as the portfolios are reasonably priced. We do have an LOI that we can send you that outlines specifically what this buyer is looking for in each region of the U.S.A. This also includes specific states such as California , Texas , and Utah . If you know of portfolios specific to CA, TX, or UT, please let us know as well. Meanwhile, if you are interested in providing us with REO property sources, please reply to this e-mail, and include a contact phone number for Kurt Wilhelm to contact you directly. (Kurt Wilhelm is my employer). Sincerely, Denah Abne Executive Assistant to Kurt Wilhelm, CEO Commercial Vanguard Marketing, LLC 480-296-8554 - Reply to: se2conexus@yahoo.com

Hi I hope that you can help me or if not send me details of somebody i can contact who might be able to, as i have an unusual request. My partner's name is Stephen Hudspeth and a mutual love of horror films is what first brought us together, in particular Texas Chainsaw Massacre. We live in the UK but decided that should we get married we would like to honeymoon in Texas and visit the film locations. It was looking at Texan holidays on the internet that we discovered there was a Hudspeth County in Texas, and upon further searching there is a ghost town named Finlay, which is the name we chose for our little boy. We would very much love to get married in Hudspeth County and in particular in Finlay if this would be possible. As we are in England i need to be able to contact somebody who could help point me in the right direction to make arrangements. Can you help? - Reply to: rachel.maughan@hmcourts-services.gsi.gov.uk
