Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Griffis have returned home from a two-week visit with relatives in Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia.
Weekend guests in the home of Mrs. Agnes Pollard were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Hooten of Tyler; Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Fitzgerald and children of Lone Oak, and Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Leflin and children of Rockwall.
Mrs. Lizzie Hobbs of Greenville spent the weekend with her brother, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hudson.
Mr. and Mrs. Felton Sparks of Lubbock visited her father, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Sparks on Sunday.
Marion Chaney returned home last week after spending several weeks in the Katy Hospital in Denison.
Jerry Fielder of Tyler is spending the week with Douglas and Don Armstrong.
Weekend visitors in the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. T. Griffis were her brother, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Teague and son of DeQueen, Arkansas; and Mrs. Lawrence Miller and baby daughter of Temple, Texas.
