A Tribute to Jestena Hunter

"Tributes to Jestena," yes, several have been published, while still many more loom in the hearts of us whose lives she has touched through the years. Whether we live near or far from Celeste at this time, the loss is just as great and just as real. Isn't it beautiful to have it said over and over, "how busy she was, how concentrated to her classroom, her friends, and her responsibilities as a Citizen in her community?" "Miss" Hunter always had the answers and had ways of motivation that many teachers could take note of today. Those of us who were privileged to have known and loved Jestena can always remember her smile, enthusiasm for life, and that "twinkle in her eye"...
