With each purchaser's deed, the above company will also issue a GOLD BOND of a face value equal to the price paid by you for the lands and lots, described in said Deed. This Company has already had its Inspector to personally go over every piece of these properties to be sold, before they would agree to so guarantee its value. In this way, those who desire to purchase, but cannot personally come to Francitas, need not hesitate to make a selection from our maps, because whatever they buy has already been personally and carefully inspected for them by the Inspector of the Federal Guaranty Company.

On his judgment and opinion, that Company, an entirely separate and distinct Corporation from the one selling the land, makes each purchaser a guarantee that if his land does not increase in value as much as he thinks it should, they will pay him in cash the price of the land.
