fisherman, born April 15, 1867 in Monterey, Mexico, emigrated to the
United States of American from Monterey, Mexico, July 16, 1875 and
arrived at the port of Rancho Davis, now Rio Grande City, Texas by
wagon. I signed a declaration to become a citizen, April 2, 1895 at
Rockport, Texas in District of Aransas County, Texas.

Monterey, Mexico. On or about July 16, 1875 I arrived at the port of
Rio Grande City, Texas by wagon. I declared it was my intention to
become a citizen October 29, 1886 at Rio Grande City, Texas, county
of Starr. My wife's name if Fabian Zapata Perez; she was born
in San Diego, Texas.
I have four children as follows:
