Written April 17, 1964, when Wallace Wilson made a motion, seconded by O.J. Moore, that President Jewell Hudler be given authority to execute a deed of trust lien on property of the McDade Historical Society (lots 9 & 10 block 9) in the town of McDade.  Loan for $2,000.00 from R.F. Taylor. Motion passed by unanimous vote by the membership present on 17 April, 1964.  Secretary Lela Kastner
