State of Texas: Know all men by
these presents, that we George Milton and wife Emaline Milton of the
County of Bastrop and State of Texas
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars, to us in
hand paid by Herman Klemm, Charley Schultz and Otto Ehlo, trustees for
the Order of the Sons of Herman,
of the County of Bastrop, and state of Texas , the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do by theses presents, bargain, sell, release
and forever quit claim unto the said Herman Klemm, Charley
Schultz and Otto Ehlo, trustees for the Sons of Herman, and their
successors in office, all our right, title and interest in and to that
certain tract or parcel of land, lying in the County of Bastrop and
State of Texas described as follows towit;
Beginning at the South East corner of Division no. 36, also on
the East line of the town plat of McDade.
Thence N. 30 degrees W. 295 feet with said town line to a stake.
Thence N. 60 degrees E. 295 feet to a stake.
Thence S. 30 degrees E. 295 feet to a stake.
Thence S. 60 degrees 295 feet to the place of beginning
containing (2) two acres of land.
To have and to hold the said
premises together with all and singular, the rights, privileges and
appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said Herman
Klemm, Charley Schultz and Otto Ehlo and their successors
forever so that neither we the said George Milton and wife
Emaline Milton nor our heirs nor any person or persons claiming under
us, shall at any time hereafter, have claim or demand any right or title
to the aforesaid promises or appurtenances in any past thereof.
