General Inquiries

• Generally, quick lookups (less than 5 minutes) in a specific hardcopy publication often can be handled by Medina Community Library personnel.
  

  However, the library does not have personnel dedicated to handle research queries, thus an immediate reply usually is not possible.
  

• Slightly more extensive queries regarding Medina history and genealogy, as time permits, can be handled by MGHS members on a voluntary basis.
  

• MGHS members reserve the right to ignore or refuse requests for extensive, comprehernsive, or exhaustive searches without being prepaid a fee.
  

• Under no circumstances will MGHS members be put in the position of involuntarily providing assistance of any kind.
