Ernest Kohler, age 88, of Priddy died Saturday, Sept. 27, 1997, in a Brownwood hospital.

Service will be at 10 a.m. today, September 30, 1997 at Zion Lutheran Church in Priddy with burial in Zion Cemetery. Arrangements are by Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home.

He was born April 12, 1909, in Vernon, to John M. Kohler and Elizabeth Trachel Kohler and had been a long time resident of Priddy. He was a farmer and a rancher and a Lutheran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Louise Marwitz Kohler on December 22, 1984.


Survivors include a daughter, Dawn Seilheimer of Priddy; a sister, Helen Limmer of Comanche; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
