The exercises of the Institution were suspended during the forenoon of 28 Feb. in order to give the students the opportunity of attending the funeral of Dr. R. A. Irwin, a Trustee; also during the afternoon of April 5, the weather being very inclement. Very respectfully W. L. Alexander President
