Nathan Alan Trager

Nathan Alan Trager, owner of both the Brockton Airport and Skyview Drive-in, resided in the Miami Beach area since the mid 1960s, passed away June 29, 2012. "Nat" was a U.S. aviation icon and flight instructor of U.S. Army Air Corps WASPs, Avenger Field, Sweetwater, Texas, during World War II, and an airport operator after the war, business man and family man.

Nat exemplified "the greatest generation," as per Tom Brokaw. He was professor-smart, fearless, loyal, loving, devoted, even heroic. He always did the right thing and lived by the "Golden Rule." His whole life, he did what he wanted to do; he saw life as an adventure.

Nat is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Gibbs Trager; his two devoted sons, Russell Trager and Neil Trager; his beloved grandchildren, Dr. Eric Trager, Felice Trager and Justin Trager; his great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Wallace, Luke Trager and Haley Trager.
