Location:
From Carthage go northbound on US Hwy 79 N to the Sabine River Bridge and River
Hill. Turn right on to FM 123, just
before County Road 3222 turns to the left, the cemetery will be on the right,
just before Centennial Cemetery is on the right side of FM 123.
Located on a gently sloping ground near a large pond, a few hundred yards from the Harmony Church, on FM 123. It is found in a clearing at the edge of the woods and fenced off by a barbed wire fence, the cemetery occupies a fairly large area, indicating that there are possibly many more graves here than expected. There is an estimated 50-70 graves in this cemetery. Used by members of the Harmony Church, the cemetery once had a road leading to it from the church, but it has long since fell into disuse.
