I think my uncle James Samual LOYD, born May 28, 1906 and died June 23,1966 was buried at Fort Stockton. His wife Gladys LOYD may be buried there also. (I have no info on Gladys) Thanks! Is there a Fort Stockton cemetery site?

She was married to James William SCOTT They had a daughter, Dollie Ida SCOTT b 12/3/1888 in Tom Green Co., Texas. She married a WILEY, and then a Tom MILLER. She died 11/7/1956 in Brownwood, Brown Co., Texas. Her Father (James Wm. SCOTT) married #2 Katherine SMITH on 1/19/1891 in Tom Green Co., Texas. James and Katherine raised Dollie Ida SCOTT. BRITAIN posted by Eugene T. Babb on Sunday, November 17, 2002: I submitted this in 1999 and am still looking for the information. Please help if you can. On Jan 12, 1913 Wallace BRITAIN who ranched near Ft. Stockton was murdered; shot in the back while opening his ranch gate. A suspect was arrested, tried and acquited. For family history purposes I would like to know the name of the person who was tried and acquited. This I understand was a sensational trial at the time. If anyone who may have access to old newspaper or court records could look up this information or tell me where I can find it I would be greatly appreciated.
