Contribute To The Robertson County Historical Commission's Website Project

The information at the Robertson County TXGenWeb site at www.robertsoncounty.info didn't get there by magic.  It was placed online by people like you -- folks who are interested in helping preserve Robertson County's rich cultural heritage.  While several volunteers have contributed considerable time and money to bring resources online, there is only so much a limited number of people can accomplish by themselves.  Many of the remaining tasks (like placing maps and newspapers online) cost money.  As a result, your assistance is needed in helping this public service site realize its full potential.

If you have enjoyed or been helped by the free genealogical and historical information that's available at the Robertson County TXGenWeb site, please make a voluntary contribution to the Robertson County Historical Commission's "Website Project" TODAY.

The good Lord willing and the creek don't rise, the Robertson County TXGenWeb site will continue to provide FREE genealogical and historical information to all comers in the years ahead.  There is not now, nor will there ever be, a fee for using any of this site's information.  All of the information at this site is for personal genealogical and historical research by individuals, schools, universities, libraries, historical commissions, and genealogical societies.  Commercial use of any information found at this site is strictly prohibited.  Prior written permission from the volunteer county coordinator is required before any usage of this site's information.  In all cases, prominent display of appropriate attribution information along with links to this site will be required

The Robertson County TXGenWeb site, however, is NOT funded by any government, corporate, or public interest entity.  It is totally dependent upon volunteer contributions.  Due to the recent generosity of website visitors in supporting the Robertson County Historical Commission's "Census Project," nine years of Robertson County census records totaling 3,183 pages are now online at 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880, 1890 Veterans, 1900, 1910, 1920, & 1930.  But, much more needs to be done.  Many pending projects require money to purchase maps, scan newspapers, and accomplish other tasks.  To help respond to special funding needs, the Robertson County Historical Commission has established a "Website Project."  Your VOLUNTARY financial support of this project will enable the Robertson County Historical Commission to help the Robertson County TXGenWeb site realize its full potential.  Contribute whatever amount you wish.  The following individual & community voluntary contribution levels might serve as a guideline:

Inner Circle: $250+
Benefactor: $150 - $249
Patron: $75 - $149
Sponsor: $50 - $74
Supporter: $25 - $49
Friend: $10 - $24
Other: Less than $10
