John Nance Garner's Train This photo is from the album of Maurine Miller and was taken in Detroit, Texas. It is dated March 1, 1933. Mrs. Miller says that when Vice-President John Nance Garner visited his home town, the people were not allowed to take a picture of him but were allowed to photograph the train that he came on. |
