50th
anniversary Source: Victoria Advocate, May 26, 2002 Rosalie and Winston Brandes of Refugio celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church auditorium in Refugio. The couple's children and their spouses hosted the event. Rosealie Beck and Winston Brandes were married May 24, 1952. The children of the couple, along with their spouses, are Joyce and Michael McGuill, Mary Ann and Armin Klusman and John and Deborah Brandes. The couple have eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Winston retired in 1981 from Sun Pipeline Co. |
