"Besides the Town of Woodsboro, Johnson & Pugh also had surveyed and platted a community about equidistant between Woodsboro and Copano Bay, which they named Bonnie View. This community was not designed as a townsite but as a community of small truck and dairy farms. There were platted forty-four farm lots containing 15 or 20 acres each. The plat of this community, known as Bonnie View Land Company subdivision, was filed March 25, 1908. In the fall of the same year J.S. Wranosky had E.W. Kline cut up a section, which he had bought from Johnson & Pugh, into small farm lots, and filed his plat on September 16, 1908."
