Republic of Texas, } Be it remembered that on the 3rd day of April A.D. 1841 In the Probate Court (In vacation) Alexander H. Philips and Milford P. Norton filed their petition praying the appointment of administrators upon the estate of John Ely decd. Whereupon it is ordered by the Judge of Probate that the same be advertised according to law.
