Be it remembered that on the 31st day of May A.D. 1841.  The Honorable Probate Court for Refugio County was opened according to law.  Present Benj. F. Neal Justice and J.W.B. McFarlane Clerk.

Willard Richardson attorney for Richd Pearse Petition vs for order of sale of Estate of Wm. H. Hunter decd. in this case being no objection filed. It is ordered by the Court that the petitioners prayer be granted Twelve months credit.

John Armstrong administrator of the Estate of Edward A. Boyle decd.  The appraisers heretofore appointed to value the property of sd. Estates having refused or neglected the same It is ordered by the Court that A.H. Philips, Edwin Beldin & Willard Richardson be appointed appraisers.

Estate of Danl. Kean     }

Having this day presented his acct. current with the Estate aforesaid for settlement thereof.  It is ordered by the court that Public Notice be given to all persons interested therein to appear at the next term of the Probate Court and show cause if any they have why the sd. acct. shall not be received and audited accordingly.

James Reynolds decd.}

Having this day presented his petition praying the Court to grant an order of sale, so that the sd. Estate can be finally settled.  It is ordered by the Court that the petitioners prayer be granted.

Also having prayed the court to extend the time and having shown good cause therefore It is ordered by the court that such farther time as may be necessary for the adjustment of the same.

Israel Canfield Pet.  }

The aforesaid petitioner having this day filed his petition, praying the appointment of Administrator on the Estate of Victor Loupey decd. late of said County.  Whereupon it is ordered by the court, that the Clerk of sd. Court give full notice of the same according to law.

The aforesaid petitioner having this day filed his petition praying the appointment of Administrator on the Estate of John W. Smith decd. late of sd. County.  Whereupon it is ordered by the Court, that the Clerk of sd. Court give full notice of the same according to law.

It is ordered that the Probate Court adjourn until day in course.
