Willard Richardson attorney for Richd Pearse Petition vs for order of sale of Estate of Wm. H. Hunter decd. in this case being no objection filed. It is ordered by the Court that the petitioners prayer be granted Twelve months credit. |

John Armstrong administrator of the Estate of Edward A. Boyle decd. The appraisers heretofore appointed to value the property of sd. Estates having refused or neglected the same It is ordered by the Court that A.H. Philips, Edwin Beldin & Willard Richardson be appointed appraisers. |
