Elizabth Scott Petition Public Notice having been given of the application of Elizabeth Scott for the letters of Administration heretofore granted unto William A. Scott upon the estate of Henery [Henry] Eyles to be transferred & comitted [sic] to her. Whereupon it is ordered and decreed & considered by the Court that the said letters of Administration be comitted [sic] to the said Elizabeth A. Scott, and that she be permitted to exercise all the privileges and powers as same as if she had been appointed adminsitratrix upon said Estate in the first place she the said administratrix complying with the law governing such cases.
