Philip Howards [Howard] Petition The aforesaid Petitioner having this day filed his petition praying the appointment of administrator on the Estate of John McSherry decd. It is ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court give public notice of the same according to law. Benj.
F. Neal [Note: Per Hobart Huson's Refugio, Vol. I, page 469, Philip Howard was married to John McSherry's mother. John McSherry was kidnapped by Indians in 1836 and rescued the same year by Lieutenant Joseph Rogers.] |
