Be it remembered that on Monday the ___ of Septm. A.D. 1842 The Probate Court of Refugio Co. met in accordance to Law Present:  Benj. F. Neal Chief Justice. Peter Teal Petition. The aforesaid petitioner having this day filed his petition praying the appointment of Administrator on the Estate of John B. Siddick decd.  It is ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court give public notice of the same according to law.
