County of Refugio

Be it remembered that on this the 11th day of August A.D. 1845 being the last Monday of said month The Honorable Probate Court of Refugio County in vacation met.  Present John Dunn Judge of Probate and John W.B. McFarlane Clerk & Walter Lambert Sheriff.

It is ordered by the court that Patrick O'Boyle be appointed Curator of the effects of William H. Lee.

It is ordered that the Clerk issue letters of Curatorship to Patrick O'Boyle.

NOTE:  The page preceding this on the microfilm appears to be in order but the dates are in 1842.  I can not account for Probates Minutes for the dates between September 26, 1842 and August 11, 1845.

NOTE:  Both the minutes for August 26 and August 11, 1845, state that it is the "last Monday of the month".  Obviously August 11 is in error.
