County of Refugio

Be it remembered that on this the 25th day of Augst A.D. 1845 being the last Monday of said month The Honorable Probate Court of Refugio County met.  Present John Dunn Judge of Probate, Jno. W.B. McFarlane Clerk and Walter Lambert Sheriff -

Patrick O'Boyle Petition.  The aforesaid petitioner having this day filed his petition praying the re appointment of curator on the Estate of William H. Lee decd.  It is ordered by the Court that the petitioner prayer be granted by giving bond in the sum of Eight hundred dollars.

It is ordered that the court adjourn sine die.

Note:  Both the minutes for August 26 and August 11, 1845, state that it is the "last Monday of the month".  Obviously, August 11 is in error.
