County of Refugio

Be it remembered that on Monday the 24th day of November A.D. 1845 The Honl. Probate Court of Ref. County met in accordance to law - Present John Dunn Chief Jusitce Jno. W.B. McFarlane Ck & Walter Lambert Sheriff.

James Power Petition.  The aforesaid petitioner having this day filed his petition praying the appointment of administration on the estate Phillip Roque Portillo decd.  It is ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court give public notice of the same according to law.

Peter Teal Petition.  The aforesaid petitioner having this day field his petition praying an order of sale on the Estate of George L. McNight.  It is ordered and decreed that the Administrator sell so much of the real estate (their [sic] being no personal effects) as will be sufficient to satisfy all costs and approved claims sale for cash with appraisement.

Peter Teal on the Estate of J.B. Siddick - Petition for Order of sale.  This petition is granted and it is hereby ordered and decreed that the said administrator sell so much of the real estate (their [sic] being no personal effects) as will be sufficient to satisfy all costs and approved claims sale for cash with appraisement 

It is ordered that the court adjourn sine die.
