County of Refugio

Be it remembered that 28th day of September 1845 being the last Monday of the month (court in vacation) The Honable [sic] Probate Court of Ref. County met in accordance to law John Dunn Chief Justice John W.B. McFarlane Ck & Walter Lambert Sheriff.

Notified that the property of William H. Lee decd both real & personal was by the order of the American Counsel withdrawn from the Probate Court of Ref. County to San Patricio County by Frederick Belden acting agent for the American Counsel claiming said William H. Lee as an American citizen.  It is ordered that the court adjourn sine die.
