Be it remembered that on Monday the 27th day of April A.D. 1846 The Honrble [sic] Probate Court of Refugio County met in accordance to law.  Present John Dunn Chief Justice Walter Lambert Sheriff & John W.B. McFarlane Clerk.

Daniel O'Driscoll Petition.  The petition [sic] having this day filed his petition praying the appointment of Administration of the Estate of _______ Cairns [Kairnes] & Hugh Cameron decd.  It is ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court give public notice of the same according to law.

It is ordered that the Court adjourn sine die.
