Be it remembered that on the 1st day of Decbr A.D. 1846 The Honrble [sic] Prob Court of Refugio County met in accordance to law: Present Cyrus Egery Probate Judge, Walter Lambert Sheriff & Jno. W.B. McFarlane Clk. It is ordered by the Court that Edward Linn Administrator of the Estate of James Reynolds decd. can advertise and...to sale [sic] in accordance with law all the real estate of sd. Reynolds. Public notice having been given of the Estate of James St. John decd. It is ordered by the court that the petitioners prayer may be granted him. Public Notice having been given of the application of Mrs. Ann Kelly for letters of Admr. upon the estate of the estate of Wm. H. Lee decd. praying that the said petitioner. It is ordered by the court that the in be granted by giving bond in the sum of...
