Be it remembered that on Monday the 25th day of May A.D. 1846 The Honrble [sic] Probate Court of Refugio Co. met in accordance to law. Present John Dunn Chief Justice Walter Lambert Sheriff & Jno. W.B. McFarlane Clerk - Public notice having been given of the application of Danl. C. Driscoll [Daniel O'Driscoll] for Letters of Administration on the Estate of Hugh Cameron decd. It is ordered by the Court that the petitioners prayer be granted by giving bond in the sum of ... It is ordered that the Clerk issue Letters of administration thereon - Public notice having been given of the application of Danl. O'Driscoll for Letters of administration on the Estate of William I. Kairnes [Cairns] decd. It is ordered by the court that the petitioners prayer be granted by giving bond in the sum of... It is ordered that the Clerk issue Letters of Administration thereon.
