These presents witness that I James Morris being weak in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament, that is to say I do will and bequeath to my friend and partner in trade, Thomas Thatcher all and singular my real and personal estate situate being and existing in Texas - To have the same for his own use, and I do hereby appoint him sole executor of this my said last will and Testament. I (sic) witness whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my hand and set my seal as New Labahia the eighth day of June
