Home Guard Units during the Civil War |

During 1861 several volunteer companies were raised in Refugio County. The first formed was the Refugio Guards, which mustered into service in May. Following are the various companies' rosters as found in the State Archives. If there is a link, use your browser's "find" button to locate the name on the linked page. |
