Members of SAGHS offer Bexar County research in our Society Library for a small fee.  If you are in need of research assistance, please read the following.
  • We appreciate your interest in genealogy.
  • We are not professional genealogists.
  • We do research as volunteers.  This is our way of raising money to support the Society and its Library.
  • Research is done on a first-come, first-served basis, as volunteer time is available.  
  • Please make your query as specific as possible. Be assured that we will include any information we discover about your ancestor, and relations, even if it was not specified in the query.
  • Please note: our area is Bexar County, Texas
  • We respect copyrights.
     
  • ***  Only checks or money orders, payable to SAGHS, will be accepted.
There is a Research Fee (see Query Form below). We will commit to a maximum of five hours for a specific query. One hour, minimum, is non-refundable and must accompany your research request.

If you have found an article or item in one of our on-line indexes and would like photocopies, send us the Photocopy Request Form along with the required fee which includes photocopies of up to six pages, one of which will be a copy of the title page.  Postage is included in the fee.
