WILLIAMS CEMETERY (#2)
SAN AUGUSTINE COUNTY
TEXAS

NOTE: The following cemetery was NOT included in "San Augustine Counties" by J. B. Sanders, published in 1964. It was inventoried in 1976 by Barbara Yancey Dore. This inventory was published in "Yellowed Pages", quarterly of the SouthEast Texas Genealogical & Historical Society in Vol.18-#2, Summer 1988. I understand the the San Augustine County Historical Society has since published the cemeteries in several volumns.

While I believe this to be the WILLIAMS CEMETERY (#2) as located on the previous page. I am not positive as to it's actual location (see map). I didn't realize there were several more cemeteries referred to as Williams Cemetery at the time of inventory. If anyone has the actual Longitude & Latitude for this cemetery, please email me.

DIRECTIONS: About 12 miles from Broaddus.  Take State Hwy #83 toward   Pineland.  Go 3 and 1/10th miles, turn right on Farm Rd. 2390.  Go about 2 1/4 miles turn left on the White City Road and follow the signs to the Williams Cemetery. (Suzanne Sowell)
