Dedication service for the placement of the memorial marker for Nettie Featherston, “Woman of the High Plains” at the City of Lubbock Cemetery at 2011 East 31st (E 31st and MLK Blvd).  Enter on East 31st street, stay left on Bluebonnet Rd, marker on the right side between Begonia and Camellia.  Bring your own lawn chair, umbrellas and water.
