Message from P John D Lambshead at pjdl@nhm.ac.uk

I am trying to find out what happened to my relatives who emigrated from
Ilsworth, Devon, England to Texas in the 1800s. One, Thomas Lambshead fought
in, I believe the Mexican war of Independence. He has left his name at
Lambshead Creek, Throckmorton County. There is still a Lambshead ranch in
texas I believe.
Can any one help?
Best
John

Message from Celia CABE Graham at cgraham329@aol.com

I am SO pleased to see that Throckmorton Co. has a
Web Site. I recently learned that two CABE families
lived in Throckmorton Co. in 1880. One is Joseph
Jasper CABE (b. 1846 TN)and William CABE (b. 1849 AR).
Could someone please send me the info on their census
records? They are both on Pg. 292 of the 1880 Census.

I would appreciate any CABE info from your county.
I know that Joseph Jasper CABE back and forth from
Washington Co., AR to Throckmorton Co. TX at least
twice.

The CABE name is not common. Any piece of CABE info
will help me.

Thanks. Celia CABE Graham - cgraham329@aol.com Celia CABE Graham can also be reached at: http://www.galstar.com/~stewart/celia.htm
