Andrew Jackson Riley

This clipping is about an old Van Zandt settler, Andrew Jackson Riley of Martins Mill, Texas. The clipping is not dated nor does it give the paper, but it tells of his life and of those early days in the county. This newspaper clipping is from the late Mrs. Aude McWilliams collection. It is owned by her daughter, Mrs. Hazel (McWilliams) Goode McEnturff, wife of Eddy McEnturff of Edgewood, Texas. (Note: This clipping seems to be an original from the Southland, a promotional type, one issue only newspaper that was first published around the turn of the century and then republished some years later.)
