The American Civil War Page is a great website to visit if looking for Civil War information

Roster of Civil War Soldiers Page is a great website for finding your Confederate or Union Ancestor. This is a National Park Service Website. Just click on Soldiers, then type in your ancestor's name. You can also get to this site through the American Civil War Page.

Texas State Cemetery is a fantastic website. There is a Confederate Veterans section and your hard to find Confederate ancestors may be buried here.

Confederate Research Center, Hill College at Hillsboro, Hill County, Texas: One of the best Confederate Research Centers in the country.

Texans in the Civil War is a wonderful website if you are looking for a Civil War ancestor. It contains some biographies, too.
